Who is Sara Gazarek?

That's the question I asked when I saw her name listed on Finale's schedule for a performance on Thursday, October 13. Thanks to an item at ejazznews, I now know that she's a young jazz singer from Seattle who's just released her first CD and is touring this fall, both to promote the record and to call attention to Music For All, a not-for-profit foundation focusing on music education.
