The Bad Plus Joshua Redman to perform April 19 & 20 at Jazz at the Bistro

Having just completed their tenth annual four-night run at Jazz at the Bistro this past Saturday night, The Bad Plus already have booked a return trip to St. Louis later this year, as Jazz St. Louis today announced that the trio will be back along with saxophonist Joshua Redman to perform on Tuesday, April 19 and Wednesday, April 20 at the Bistro.

The Bad Plus Joshua Redman, as the configuration (pictured) is billed, released a self-titled album last May on Nonesuch Records, and then spent a good portion of 2015 touring in support of it. Redman last played here in St. Louis with his trio in November 2014 at the Bistro.

Tickets for both evenings of The Bad Plus Joshua Redman are available now to Jazz at the Bistro subscribers, and will go on sale to the general public starting at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, January 13 via phone at 314-571-6000 and through the Jazz St. Louis box office.
