Foundry Arts Centre facing budget shortfall

The Foundry Arts Centre in St. Charles, which recently has served as a venue for several concerts presented by Jazz St. Louis, is facing a $100,000 shortfall in its annual operating budget, according to a story published this week in the St. Charles Journal.
