Once again, it's time for a little promotional plug for StLJN's sibling site Heliocentric Worlds, home of an esoteric yet lovingly curated selection of music videos from genres including jazz, blues, soul, funk, classic rock, experimental and prog rock.
There's a new video posted every day, and over the last three weeks or so the site has showcased clips featuring Ella Fitzgerald with Count Basie, the Neville Brothers, Sun Ra Arkestra, King Crimson, Don Pullen/George Adams Quartet, Brian Auger, Aretha Franklin, Sonny Rollins, Allman Brothers Band, The Zombies, Gil Scott-Heron, Tower of Power, Charles Mingus, Gary Bartz, the Gap Band, Ben Webster and Teddy Wilson, Muddy Waters and Otis Spann, Coleman Hawkins with Earl Hines, Billie Holiday, Louis Armstrong, Al Green, Dave Douglas Quintet, Earth Wind and Fire, Bill Bruford's Earthworks and Sam and Dave.
See them all, plus hundreds more from the archives, by visiting http://heliocentricworlds.blogspot.com/.
