KDHX, Playback STL announce music award winners

The results are in the first St. Louis Music Awards sponsored by KDHX and Playback STL.

In the "Audience Award" poll, winners included the Brian Sullivan Quartet in the "Traditional Jazz" category, the Dave Stone Trio in "Experimental Jazz," and Erin Bode in "Vocal Jazz". Winners in the "Critic's Pick" voting included saxophonist Willie Akins, Stone and Bode. You can see a complete list of the awards here.
