StLJN jazz calendar updated

The oft-promised but frequently postponed major update to the St. Louis Jazz Notes calendar has been completed, with weekly gigs relisted for 2006, January listings for a half-dozen venues online, and some additional miscellaneous entries and corrections made. There may be one or two things still in the inbox and yet to be entered, but for the most part, the calendar is now current. More soon...
