Brandt's Market and Cafe, located in the heart of the Delmar loop, has been remodeling and renovating for some time now. On Sunday, November 20, they'll celebrate the opening of their new Red Carpet Lounge with a evening of music that will include jazz performances from Hugh "Peanuts" Whalum, Jeanne Trevor and Mae Wheeler and a special set in which all three performers, long-time St. Louis favorites and veterans of Gaslight Square, will join forces. Other performers will include pop/R&B vocalist Amy Ehrlich and Motown girl-group tribute Satin.
